1. These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of a place on the Everything DiSC® Leadership Cohort delivered by Rashad Issa trading as the Q Strategy. By completing your registration and ticking the confirmation box, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Your Place
Your place on the cohort is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis. The cohort may be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format. The format for each cohort will be confirmed at the time of registration.
3. The Everything DiSC® Profile Code
3.1 Your registration fee includes one personal Everything DiSC Workplace® profile assessment code, which is issued to you in advance of the cohort date. This code is supplied by Wiley and is unique to you personally.
3.2 Once your DiSC profile code has been issued to you, your place is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 If you cancel your place before your DiSC profile code has been issued, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees incurred.
4.2 Once your DiSC profile code has been issued, no refund will be given regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, illness, or inability to attend on the day.
4.3 Your place is non-transferable. It cannot be passed to another individual.
5. Changes to the Cohort
5.1 The Q Strategy reserves the right to change the cohort date, time or format in exceptional circumstances. You will be given a minimum of 14 days notice where possible.
5.2 If the cohort session is cancelled by the Q Strategy for any reason, you will receive a refund of your registration fee within 14 days of the cancellation notice. However, if your Everything DiSC® profile code has already been issued, the cost of the profile assessment will be deducted from the refund as this element of the service will have already been delivered and consumed.
5.3 If the cohort moves from online to in person format, you will be notified at least 14 days’ in advance. If the change in format means you are unable to attend, a full refund will be provided provided your DiSC profile code has not yet been issued.
6. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your place. Payment details will be provided upon registration. the Q Strategy reserves the right to release your place if payment is not received within 5 working days of your registration.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The cohort is designed to be a safe and trusting environment. Participants agree to treat as confidential any personal, professional, or organisational information shared by other participants or by the facilitator during the session.
7.2 The Q Strategy will keep in strict confidence all information you share during the cohort. Any personal or professional information disclosed will be used solely for the purposes of facilitating your learning and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7.3 This clause continues to apply after the cohort has concluded.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The facilitation materials used during this cohort may include content from the Everything DiSC® Workplace programme, which is the intellectual property of John Wiley and Sons Inc. and is used under licence by Rashad Issa as a certified Everything DiSC® facilitator.
8.2 All other content, including session frameworks, commentary, examples, coaching observations and any supplementary materials created by the Q Strategy, remain the intellectual property of Rashad Issa trading as the Q Strategy and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without prior written consent.
8.3 Participants may not copy, record (by any means), photograph, share, distribute, or create derivative works from any session content or materials without prior written consent from the Q Strategy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Q Strategy will deliver the cohort with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Q Strategy excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of business.
9.2 Where direct loss is established, the Q Strategy’s total liability to you shall not exceed the registration fee you paid for the cohort.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Your Data
Your personal information will be used only for the purposes of administering your cohort place and issuing your Everything DiSC® profile. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than Wiley for the purposes of issuing your profile code.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
